A multi hyphenate artist and content creator, Rachel Carter is currently a Graduate Student in Howard University's MFA Film Program. She is pursing a career in film and television, with aspirations to become a director, producer, and series writer for TV. Her other creative passions include photography, painting, and acting. This website was developed as portfolio for her to share her work with any parties interested in collaboration or commissioning her work.
